Material Traceability Management

All steel materials must be accompanied by a quality certificate, and their chemical composition and mechanical properties must comply with GB/T 700-2006 standards. For example, the yield strength of Q345B steel must be ≥345MPa, and its tensile strength must be between 470-630MPa.

Welding Process Control

Welding at critical nodes must use CO₂ gas shielded welding, and the weld grade must meet the GB50205-2001 Class II standard. Before welding, a process qualification test must be conducted to determine the optimal welding current (180-220A) and voltage (24-28V) parameters.

Phased Acceptance System

The construction process must implement a "three-inspection system": self-inspection by the work team, re-inspection by the project department, and final inspection by the supervision unit. For example, after the steel columns are installed, verticality and axial offset must be checked; after the roof system is completed, a water spray test must be conducted, and acceptance is only passed if there is no leakage for 2 consecutive hours.
