The key to successful construction lies in precise planning and load analysis in the early stages. Snow load is a major controlling load in Heilongjiang Province. The design must accurately calculate the snow distribution coefficient of the roof based on the *Code for Design of Building Structures* and local meteorological data, especially considering the potential snow drift and accumulation effects on the roof.

Wind load is equally important, requiring consideration of the risk of lightweight roofs being overturned by strong winter winds. The treatment of the foundation must fully consider the impact of permafrost. Heilongjiang is a seasonally frozen soil region; therefore, foundation depths should vary, placing them below the frost line, or employing anti-frost heave measures (such as replacing with gravel or using insulated foundations) to prevent structural deformation or damage due to uneven frost heave of the foundation soil. The selection of foundation type (such as isolated foundations or strip foundations) must be determined based on the geological survey report and the load transmission characteristics of the superstructure.
